The Rehearsal bit is a hidden extra accessed from the second page of song 
titles - you've gotta fiddle with the arrow buttons on your remote until one 
of the little planes in the top left corner of the screen lights up.

Let me add my voice to the chorus of people really, really happy with this 
dvd.
