He said that the Cocteaus never did that song.He said it was by TMC.
      The link below PROVES that they played and recorded it.So they played
it live on numerous occasions and on one occasion it was recorded by French
radio.Thus gives credence to the fact that it can legitimately be called a
Cocteaus song ,Something that Alex denied.
     As I ve said:This is the version of the song that i was referring to.
If you play a version live ,then you do it in your own style and thus can be
called your own
