Dont do any personally but my 7 year old has done Karate for a couple of years-  up to purple belt and just started Keysi - does him good,just wish bed time wasnt such a struggle!

  Now that the thread has been started how many gatherers partake in martial arts and which style do they practice.
  Myself i am green belt level in shotokan karate.
  One of our black belts is also black belt in kendo.
