[kj] killing joke for orchestra

Now I think KJ unplugged would really work well & funnily enough I'm
actually part way through 'unplugging' & messing around with Adorations
(with Fall of Because, Requiem, Lets All Go & the Hum in the pipeline).
If I do say so myself it's sounding pretty good & even if it isn't, it stops
me perusing somewhat seedier parts of the internet ;)
