I have the server and whenever Joe gets well enough to spend a minute 
sending an email to TotalHosting (i will NOT nag him as he is now), i can 
get exile.killing-joke.com up and running again and host it there.

I have apache and php running but NO experience with Wiki, and it would be 
nicer if you could group articles into static and dynamic, instead of the 
Wiki concept of everybody can change everything.

But shit, we just ten doubled hardware and bandwidth for christmas, so if 
anybody will offer to give a hand getting it to work, i have the 
resources, and with Joe's help the right name too.
