[kj] OT: MP3 Normalisation

Oops ­ managed to send it before I¹d finished.
Erm, where was I? 
iTunes is mac/PC and is free.
In Preferences > Audio there¹s a checkbox called Soundcheck that
³Automatically adjusts song playback volume to the same level²
Whether this is carried over when burning I¹m not sure.
