I've probably mentioned this before but a guy I went to school with thought
it would be a good idea to tattoo 'Public Enemy' on his left arm with a
razor blade while high on crack.
He showed me it once.
It goes from elbow to wrist in spaccy square letters is stacked one word
stacked on top of the other .
It reads thus:
PUBIC
ENERMY

Nice lad.
Slashed up the face of a bloke who complained when he pushed in front of him
in a chippy & ended up obese and brain damaged through crack addiction.
I personally think there was very little brain to damage in the first place.
All this in posh rural Cheshire.
