I think NOISE was quite independent in the 80's, maybe 90's too, but was 
then later sold to Sanctuary... what comes to AGR, as far as I know it 
was(/is?) a (German?) label specialized in publishing punk etc. records 
in Europe... I think for example a number of Black Flag and Misfits 
records were released in Europe under AGR label which again was linked 
to NOISE Intl. in a way or another...

Yes, the NOISE artists were mainly metal... Celtic Frost was great! I 
still listen to their first 3 or 4 albums... even bought them anew when 
they were re-released on CD a few years ago 'cause the old vinyls were 
already so scratched...
