[kj] best venue

Mel... I lived at a squat in Downs Road on the edge on Hackney Downs.
But that was earlier. That was 81ish. That was through a KJ guy called
Weasel. You must have known him. It was his council flat but he'd never
paid any rent on it. Me and Jo were living in a very cold bedsit and he
said we were welcome. It was on the 19th floor of a council block.
Sadly, Big Paul told me at the clock gig that Weasel died 5 years ago. I
was wondering what had happened to him.

After we lived there we went back over to Finsbury Park and got
ourselves into a housing co-op.

I didn't know a Sarah, but yes I was there at the Clarendon.

Juliet

juliet.....hey we all do things on the spur of the moment, then repent at
our
leisure.....concerning the time i jumped on the stage,i did
not.....meaning,i did not repent at my leisure or regret it one bit
why regrte? pointless,it was a laugh,i guess that in the heat of all the

excitement, one does these things with out thinking, well i must of been
thinking on some deep level that i was not aware of at that
moment,because i
have nothing but a sence of elation from it when ever i recall/that goes
4
the other things as well with jaz==if i did regret it,then i would get
the
cringe factor every time i think about it,but i dont feel that, even to
this
day/memorys r important, they r part of the grand tapestry of all our
lifes, treasure them, even bad memorys r of use,i think that they only
occure
to teach us all something we deeply need to understand, but may be
avoiding/and any way,i believe that a negative exsperience can always be

turned on its head, where by something posative will imerge out of it.
btw sorry to hear that u lost your grans belt at the reading gig bak
then,if
u dont mind,i am curious, how did u manage to loose a belt that would of
been
around your waste?? a bit puzzled by that.....
oh,did u ever know a girl called sara from brighton, who lived at 100
portobello rd,and was into the joke and the 4.b.2s...this was in
80/81...she
also worked at kensington market bak then --hey i was at the ...joke gig
at
the clarendon hotel 80i guess that u were there also c.htl in ldn hwest
if i
remember correctly,i proberly used to know u perhaps......one of my
faults
is not keeping in contact with people that i have known over the
yrs,this is
due to having moved around the world alot, then u loose things like
addresses
by accident......

hey,here is,this was 78/79, another one,remember the festival at
ally/pally,something to do with saving a socialist news paper...anyway,i

remember that the slits were playing at that, but blow me,i cannot
remember
any one else, perhaps neil perry might remember......

talking of suats,i lived in one at hackney wicks, bak in 88,amhurst
road,a
band called ..crazt head lived there also, plus other bands, cannot
remember
who now,did that 4 about 8 months, then we all got thrown out,to many
partys--people complaining ect/now i live in me falt in a affluent area
in
ldn,this i think is a karmic reward,believe me,i have earnt it -- put i
would lv to live in a camper van,n travel the world,a momad-freedom,feel
a
bit restricted in a flat...

mel ldn uk.. ps sorry it is so long/i got the rambles..blah/blah..lol
