"Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind", "Jaws", "Mr. Holland's Opus", "Rockers" (reggae flick), and "Awakenings" are pretty close to perfect.

Call me an old hippy . . 
I could quite happily sit and watch the Lotr films (extended versions) time after time . .
