I think the best "taking Venom seriously" case has to be the Norwegian
black metal scene!

It's funny, 'cos far from Venom being scary, they are actually one of the
funniest bands on earth. I have a few interviews on tape/video... they're
fucking hilarious (intentionally too... it's not a case of "laughing AT
them").
