Yeah, my boyfriend Jason, was with the Peace Convoy and a traveller, and
I have a lot of sympathy for that.

I was just saying that from personal experience Theresa May is really
more than OK, and personal experience says more to me than any party
political broadcast advert. She really went out of her way to help me
twice.

Once, when I was having big problems with my wayward teenage son. He had
been excluded from school and the authorities had basically washed their
hands of us. She helped put pressure on the local education authority to
get proper help for him. And another time when we were living in a two
bedroom house with three children, who were too big to share a room, but
the council said sorry there's nothing we can do. She pressured the
council into offering us a three bedroom house. She did this privately
with no publicity. Helping me did not profit her at all in those cases,
as I do not campaign for her and none of you are voting in my
constituency. In fact I didn't vote myself last time.

We have no greens running here anyway, so if I vote, I will vote for
her, because she is a decent person and the party names mean nothing to
me. They are all as bad as each fucking other! They are all a load of
hypocrites. What I liked about Theresa May is that she gave me the help
I needed as an individual when I was desperate and the authorities had
all washed their hands of me and were all sitting around on their arses
wrapped in reams of red tape, saying there was nothing they could do.

I was meant to be on the peace convey that got trashed, was it in 85?.
Id started going in a different direction and decided against going
with them on the trip.
We met up with them at Glastonbury when they arrived all beaten up.
Tory policy on alternative living.
