[kj] Rap, punk, & stuff

Killing Joke were *SO MUCH MORE* than just another Punk Rock band, so 
to lump them in with the Punks is to do them somewhat of a disservice. 
Were they spawned/inspired by Punk? Of course, but there are other 
forces at work. They were never simply about three-chords and gobbing, 
etc.
