I'm assuming you use Windows?

I use Nero Burning Rom (http://www.nero.com). It should let you burn CDs 
from ogg. I assumed most decent CD burning software would these days... 
unless you use some build in MicroSoft crap. They won't even aknowledge 
anyone elses formats without serious threats of legal action in writing 
first.

CDex (http://cdexos.sourceforge.net) will convert oggs to mp3 and vice 
versa... possible other file formats too but i haven't needed to do 
anything else myself so haven't really experimented with it.
