I always thought a "proper" re-issue would be great.  And by that I mean put 
on additional tracks (which could include the b-sides off the singles from 
the album), photos and liner notes.  They could even put on the appropriate 
video tracks.  If all they are going to do is "re-master" and leave 
everything else the same then why bother.  Make it worth the money they are 
going to charge for it.
