thanks, mike. always keen to hear those behind-the-scenes details. i get the 
basic picture and can certainly understand your decision. must have been a 
tough time. E'G were really pushing for the hit singles and all that crap 
back then. so _NOT_ KILLING JOKE but it's easy to see how it happened.
