A friend just called to tell me about some show on cable called 440.

In the show, some high school chix gives a cdr with various bands on it 
to a fellow student who doesnt know any current music. She tells him 
that the cd has all the "cool and current bands like the Darkness and 
Killing Joke".

I cracked up when I heard that. Obviously some producer or writer is a 
major joke fan cause I thought all the kids dug Franz Ferdinand and 
Blink 18shit.
