Never saw 'em live, but I've got a bootleg tape somewhere and the material sounded great; having said that, the single " Last Salute" was terrible pop pap;dreadfully produced and based around an awful synth rhythm; extremely disappointing; bet the Into a Circle single was Inside Out; a fantastic single.
Bee is now based in Thailand, running a club and playing synth with a band called Futon who are playing at NagNagNag in September.

saw Getting The Fear's (first ever?) gig at Newcastle and was so
dissapointed, I never went back. From the might of Southern Death Cult to
pop pap complete with electronic drum kit in one fell swoop. did like one
of the Circles singles, tho can't remember name !!!

Please respond to
"A list about all
things Killing
Joke (the band!)"

Paul Statham, who was in B-Movie, grew up round the corner from me in
little old Shirebrook on York Road and John Hurt was born in the Vicarage 3
doors up, bit of useless for ya.
Also, did/does anyone like Getting the Fear / Into A Circle, I ask, because
Bee the singer just bid for and won a 7" copy of Forever that I had up for
auction on EBay yesterday; good chap; exchanged a few interesting mails..

Cool! As long it does not sound like a Turkish Coffee house like the last
album which was crap! At least he is joined again by Paul Statham who is
an excellant guitar player. Look fwd to it.

Thanks-Lonely Boy
