  Even I would have difficulty in coming up with a sillier statement than that.If you substituted" World" for "California',then your statement might have some credability.
      Maybe the world can provide food for more people,But with more people,you will also get more polution,more global warming more resources being used.About four billion people is a substainable amount of people the world can accomadate.Wars  and famine  are an important counter balance to our over-populated world.

    was nt for wars(since the beginning of time) then the worlds population
    would be closer to nine billion.The world cant support nine billion
    people.It sounds a very cold and heartless thing to say, but war is natures
    culling device.The strong survive and the weak fall by the wayside.
      There is far too many people living in Africa,And if it was nt for
    conflict then we would have too have a "Band aid "annually
