Saw it on TV years ago . . saw it again recently and it's still amazing 
 
McLaughlin is an amazing guitar player . . his Mahavisnu work is

the album 'Friday Night in San Francisco' by Al DiMeola, John McLaughlin
& Paco DeLucia?  It was recommended to me earlier.
 
have any of you guitarists heard it?
 
it's guitar playing on another level, performed by
robots/aliens/superheroes that must have bionic fingers.  It literally
must be impossible to play acoustics that well...
