I don't think it's secrecy at all! It's confusion/uncertainty

If you think of all the things talked about that never happen (eg Spain/Italy in April/May. Festivals 2004 etc, you can appreciate that there is nothing firm and no-one is saying anything until it is firm.
Add the management change on top and you can see why no-one is saying much.

It's all plans. If 10% of them come off, then it'll be great.
