[kj] Gig intro music

I remember "Force & Fire" from the SONGS FROM THE VICTORIOUS CITY (Jaz &
Anne Dudley) played at the New Ritz gig on the EXTREMITIES tour. The last
time I saw them (at the Limelight in `94 on the PANDEMONIUM tour), they came
onstage to a track off of Vangelis' score to "Blade Runner".
