[kj] Buring to CD, HELP!!!

Can anyone please confirm the best way of burning that most awesome gig from Saturday to CD please?  Play's just fine on any PC, but will it play on the car CD?  Like f*ck will it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Most frustrating!
Grateful for any help and direction in what I'm doing wrong and what I should be doing.
