[kj] pubs without stairs

Personally speaking, a pub without stairs wouls be a great help.
The Bath House in Dean Street has ground level bogs and a telly.
Most of the pubs around the West End have upstairs or downstairs toilets.
I should know, I've fallen down most of them!
The stairs, that is.
