  Ok folks, I recently quit smoking (almost two weeks ago), and as far =
as cravings and all that goes, I am having no issues. What I am =
wondering, if any of you have quit, is are there some strange =
complications, like very thick, bloody, discharge from the lungs, and a =
deep cough, normal in the healing process, or should I get myself to the =
hospital???? What I have been hacking up today has been pretty fucking =
shocking...
