I think it said somewhere in the article that it left no permanent "mental" scarring- just a temporary breakdown- so i guess somehow it goes around the geneva convention rulings and all. I think I remember reading when they had some dudes connected to the 9/11 attacks being held they had mariah careys "glitter" movie playing non stop. I wonder how mariah felt about that? its one thing to have your music played b/c of its style- its another to have such a shitty movie it can cause a trained man to break down.
