the first report i saw in the US was saying he didn't expect it to go so =
well, meaning, the towers falling. but later that month it was a =
different story.. who knows i don't speak any arabic and neither does =
the cnn reporter, so for 99.7 % percent of the western world, whatever =
"they" want people to think he is saying in the tapes is what we will =
have to go on.

That's not the report we got down here. It was reported that bin =
Laden was
happy with the way the operation went but was delighted that the =
towers
fell down. The implication of the report was that he viewed the =
actual
falling of the towers as a bonus. There was no report, nor an =
inference,
that he knew before the event that the towers would fall.
