[kj] new album - UK vs. US editions?

I'm sure this has been answered here already, but I seem to have missed the
answer. I know the Japanese version is appended with extra tracks, but will
there be any differences between the UK release and the US release?

Still don't have it yet.......and it's driving me crazy. The import sections
and specialty shops still don't have it.
