The video was actually directed by Julien Temple of "rock 'n roll 
swindle" fame who turned out to be a nice guy as were most of the 
band...

Well the Status Quo video was directed by Arthur Ellis who went to 
film school with Julien Temple.
How about that for a coincidence...
