[kj] very dull OT Mac OSX

I've heard a few complaints about OSX being a completely different format
(meaning that if you're a slowpoke OS.8.5.1 user like me, you're going to
have to UN-learn everything you know), but beyond that, I haven't heard.

Thinking of upgrading soon myself, but these suckers ain't cheap!
